well, right now my diet pretty much always consists of a really good breakfast of this pumpkin seed cereal i found, with low sugar forme greek yogurt, LSA, chia seeds, quinoa flakes, coconut and blueberries, with a cup of green tea or peppermint tea. i usually hit the gym around 10 or 11am then afterwards have either grilled chicken with salad or green veg, or these awesome vegan veggie patties in a kale and qunioa salad, or a bowl of pho from our fav local vietnamese place. same kinda thing for dinner. i cook at least one meal every day, i’m always cooking chicken haha, and i make soup with lots of green veggies pretty regularly. i eat a LOT of pho haha, probably too much cos although it’s lean it tends to have a lot of sodium but it makes me feel so goooood. i usually keep homemade raw protein balls in the fridge to snack on, and there’s always various flavoured tubs of hummus in there too. i think cooking for yourself is the key though cos you can make sure there’s no hidden sugars and stuff. hope that helped!
